Le 25 mai 2017, le code des normes alimentaires de l'Australie et de la Nouvelle-Z\u00e9lande (le code) a \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9 pour ajouter le lupin \u00e0 la liste des allerg\u00e8nes qui doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9clar\u00e9s sur les \u00e9tiquettes des produits alimentaires.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Tous les produits, y compris ceux qui sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 en rayon, devront se conformer aux nouvelles exigences en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9tiquetage pour la d\u00e9claration du lupin d'ici le 26 mai 2018.
<\/span><\/span>Agrifood Technology a la capacit\u00e9 d'analyser la pr\u00e9sence d'une large gamme d'esp\u00e8ces de lupin dans divers produits alimentaires, ainsi que de tester les autres esp\u00e8ces de lupin. <\/span><\/span>neuf allerg\u00e8nes figurant sur la liste du code des normes alimentaires.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
