Il est recommand\u00e9 de valider la dur\u00e9e de conservation du produit avant la vente, car les aliments peuvent se d\u00e9t\u00e9riorer avec le temps. Les produits peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre test\u00e9s \u00e0 la fin de leur dur\u00e9e de conservation pour s'assurer que le produit a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 sa dur\u00e9e de conservation et qu'il reste dans les limites de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, m\u00eame si la qualit\u00e9 sensorielle peut avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 affect\u00e9e.<br>&nbsp;<br>Agrifood Technology propose des tests de dur\u00e9e de conservation pour lesquels nous pouvons nous adapter \u00e0 votre propre protocole interne ou vous fournir un protocole de test personnalis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Les tests de dur\u00e9e de conservation aident les fabricants de produits alimentaires \u00e0 se conformer aux exigences l\u00e9gales ou commerciales en v\u00e9rifiant que les produits affichent la ou les date(s) appropri\u00e9e(s) de p\u00e9remption et\/ou de p\u00e9remption.<\/em>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de commencer les tests ou d'accepter des \u00e9chantillons, veuillez contacter l'un des membres de notre service client\u00e8le pour obtenir un questionnaire sur la dur\u00e9e de conservation. Ce questionnaire permettra \u00e0 notre microbiologiste senior d'avoir une connaissance approfondie de votre produit et de vous proposer un protocole personnalis\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les protocoles personnalis\u00e9s comprennent : La temp\u00e9rature de stockage, la liste des tests recommand\u00e9s, les points sensoriels et temporels de base.
